Procedure :
------------------------BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,FISH,VEG'S------------------------ 3 Garlic cloves; minced
1/2 c Safflower oil
1/2 c Tomato juice
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 t Freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
